Our first ever school trip to Bamfield turned out to be a great success! Though the journey there was a long one, the scenic views, amazing facilities and great food all made it worth it. Our students worked extremely hard through the entire trip, taking notes, participating in many hands-on labs, engaged with the instructors, lead presentations and more. The weather held up for us on most days though we all got completely drenched on our one day at Brady’s Beach. Despite the horrible weather that day, not one student complained and, in fact, all participated diligently in their scientific observations and activities. Well done, young scientists!
