Various school consent forms that require signatures have now been made available online at myforms.vsb.bc.ca. Students can log in with their PEN numbers and birthday. Forms may be completed directly online.
A Student Information Verification form has been handed out in-class. Please ensure that the information on this form is updated and correct (particularly phone numbers and email addresses). Please return these forms by Friday, September 18.
